Our First Grandchild

Alyssa & Ben Visit

Alyssa & Ben were here visiting this week. They had a good time at the beach several days. It was good having them stay with us

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day. Alyssa and Ben drove down and will stay the week. Mom talked with Nathan for a long time in the morning. We love her very much.

Fathers & Sons

Rick C and Doug getting the Dutch Ovens ready for Cobbler. We had Peach and Cherry topped with milk or half n half. This was in addition to the donuts with chocolate and regular milk.

One of the best things for the boys at Firestone are the frogs. Across from the camp is a stream where they catch them.

Of course we always have to have Rick C on the guitar with Peter as the MC.

What would Fathers & Sons be without the sack race? We did the 3-legged race at the same time so there aren't any photos.

The morning ended with the traditional egg toss. The Christensen's have taken this event hand's down for as long as most of us can remember. This year the master's won. Jarrod's tennis

Jarrod started taking private tennis lessons last year. On Sat, he played tennis with a friend from school that has played since very young. Jarrod won.
